This policy describes how payments are processed on the Code Way platform.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payment via supported credit/debit cards and e-wallets, through an approved and licensed third-party payment gateway.
Actually available methods may vary by rollout stage — only genuinely enabled methods are shown at checkout (no payment button is shown for a method that isn't actually active).
2. Transaction Security
Your card details never reach our servers — they are entered directly on the payment gateway's own secure page (PCI-DSS compliant).
Every payment is verified via a cryptographic verification mechanism (HMAC) between the payment gateway and our Platform to prevent tampering with the payment outcome.
3. Currency & Pricing
Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise, and include any fees disclosed at the time of purchase.
4. Access Activation After Payment
Your access to the course/subscription is activated automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms a successful payment — no manual intervention is required in the normal case.
If automatic activation is delayed due to a technical issue, it is handled via manual review by our support team without loss of the amount paid.
5. Failures & Retries
If a payment fails, no amount is charged, and you can retry payment for the same order.
